Folded cover, without contents, franked with 1856/62 "Estancos" 10c sky blue horizontal pair, the left stamp diagonally bisected, tied by lovely LINARES straight-line in red, internally docketed 20 December, 1858, to Valparaiso, light horizontal file fold far from adhesive, a lovely and rare usage; with 1999 J. Maier certificate.
