German Cameroon 1897 Postal Stationery Card Used Teltow Victoria Undeliverable

10pf postal stationery card, overprinted "Kamerun", used from Teltow, postmarked Berlin (26 Oct), to Victoria, Cameroon, endorsed "via Liverpool", undeliverable and returned to Teltow (16 Feb), then sent onwards to Berlin (19 Feb), some light edge wear as expected for such a well-traveled cover, else a fine and most unusual usage.
