circa 1930, Wolfgang von Gronau, of the famed Round-the-World Flight, photograph of Gronau's plane the Dornier Gronland Wal, signed in ink V. Gronau, Fritz Albrecht (Radio Operator), and Edward Zimmer (co-Pilot), and Franz Hack (Mechanic); the team department from List, Island of Sylt, and returned to Germany, landing on Lake Constance before continuing on to List to complete the round-the-world flight.
