(28 Jul), to the French Consulate in Quebec, addressed to a Lieutenant on board a ship at Quebec, red London PAID transit on front, with Paris (28 Jul), Paris Etranger (28 Jul), and Quebec (11 Aug) backstamps, opening tears to back flap with some pieces removed, a scarce franking and surprisingly difficult destination.
